Refund policy
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact info@blocframes if this has occurred before sending the item back.
If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing or colouring.
Store Credits expire within 12 months and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days* (*please allow extra processing time during high volume periods)
Please note any pre-order or order cancellations even before dispatch will result in store credit. If you order is already in the process of being dispatched we may not be able to cancel it.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
